The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is proud to announce that Lubbock Matadors head coach Paul Gilbert has earned the 2023 NPSL Coach of the Season Award.
This award is presented to the head coach that earns the position in the NPSL National XI, as voted upon by teams, media, and fans nationwide.
