Currently serving as the Digital Marketing & Merchandising Coordinator for the Lubbock Matadors SC, Carsyn has quickly established a reputation for creativity, consistency, and a forward-thinking approach to brand growth.

Beginning as a Digital Marketing Intern during the Lubbock Matadors 2025 season, Carsyn demonstrated the ability to elevate the club’s digital presence through engaging content, strategic storytelling, and audience-focused campaigns. This foundation led to a full-time role, where Carsyn now leads digital strategy while supporting the expansion of the club’s merchandise initiatives, contributing to both fan engagement and revenue growth.

With a background in Public Relations and Strategic Communications Management, along with working to earn a Sports Media certificate from Texas Tech University, Carsyn blends data-driven insight with creative execution. Her work across social media and digital platforms reflects a deep understanding of modern sports audiences, helping strengthen the connection between the club and its supporters while continuing to build a recognizable and impactful brand presence.
